While I’ve seen a few girls make this into a dress, I personally think it’s a little too short. It definitely is long enough to cover your bum so you could wear leggings or jeans. It has smocking around the neck area and sleeves and comes in two colors. I love how flowy it is and that it is higher in the front and lower in the back.
